 TILLY Brand Return Policy

1. Inspection at Delivery:
- You may only inspect your order upon receiving it from the courier. Please open the package in the presence of the courier to verify that you have received the correct items.

2.Verification Process:
- If there is an issue with your order (wrong items, defects, etc.), immediately notify the courier and refuse to accept the delivery. Contact TILLY Brand customer service via DM or email to report the issue.

3. Accepted Returns:
- Returns will only be accepted if reported at the time of delivery. Once you have accepted the order, no returns will be processed.
